Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote/Flexible Hours)

Extreme Cleaning Inc. is seeking a dynamic and self-driven Sales & Marketing
Coordinator to develop and execute a structured sales and marketing program from
the ground up. This part-time, remote role offers flexibility, making it ideal for
professionals looking to work around their own schedules while having the opportunity
to grow into a full-time leadership position.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing materials, managing
digital marketing and social media, generating leads, and developing a sales
commission program for our field technicians.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation:
?
Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads.
?
Create marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and digital
content to support lead generation efforts.
?
Work with field technicians to establish a site survey strategy to capture
and bid on new jobs.
?
Develop a sales commission program for field technicians to
incentivize growth.
?
Marketing & Branding:
?
Manage social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive
engagement.
?
Maintain and improve search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to
enhance online visibility.
?
Create digital marketing campaigns, including email outreach and
targeted advertising.
?
Program Development & Reporting:
?
Build out scalable processes and a structured sales and marketing
program.
?
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on marketing and
sales effectiveness.
?
Provide input on future growth strategies and help transition the role into
a full-time leadership position as the company scales.
Qualifications & Skills:
?
Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field
(B2B experience preferred).
?
Knowledge of social media management, SEO, and digital marketing best
practices.
?
Strong communication, content creation, and branding skills.
?
Ability to work independently and structure a new sales/marketing program
from scratch.
?
Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) is a plus
but not required.
?
Self-motivated and comfortable in a remote work environment with flexible
hours.
