Extreme Cleaning, Inc. is looking for a dedicated and experienced KEC Supervisor to join our team in Brooklyn Park, MN.

Extreme Cleaning is growing fast, and we’re hiring a hands-on Area Supervisor to help lead our Minnesota operations take charge of your own shop — leading teams, ensuring quality, and keeping standards high.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily cleaning operations in your assigned area

• Train, supervise, and support cleaning teams

• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met

• Perform hands-on hood and deep cleaning tasks as needed

• Communicate with clients and report to senior management

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence

• Willingness to work nights and days

• Ability to lead by example and build a high-performing team

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for training

• Experience in commercial Kitchen Hood Cleaning
