What We’re Looking For:
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning (NFPA 96 compliance knowledge, or IKECA certification is a plus)
• Strong work ethic and pride in doing the job right
• Desire to grow beyond “just another job”
• Willingness to relocate to Fargo for training in our processes and procedures
• Ability to learn and follow our detailed systems and customer standards

• Oversee daily Scheduling operations in your assigned area

• Train, supervise, and support your own Tech Teams

• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met

• Perform hands-on hood cleaning as needed

• Communicate with clients and report to senior management, and upper office staff

• Willingness to work nights and days

• Ability to lead by example and build a high-performing team

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for training

• Experience in commercial cleaning or leadership is a plus — but not required
